LENTON SEASON

We begin on Ash Wednesday (serving at 7:00 pm in the Sanctuary) the physical reminder of our mortality and he depths of our sin.

On each Sunday of this journey, the Scriptures provide the core guidance for the work of the week to come in our own lives and with others.

Each Wednesday following Ash Wednesday, Lenten Lunch is served at the Presbyterian Church at 11:30 am. Our church ladies volunteer on March 7th. Needed: 9 pies, 2 morning workers and 2 afternoon workers. See Jean Mercer if you can help. Good local fellowship with others in the community.

New for 2018: Lenten Table Talks begin Wednesday, February 21st from 5:45pm-7:00pm. It will be family friendly with babysitters for young kids and kid’s activities for the school aged. To be held in the parlor with a potluck dinner every week, a time of modern worship, teaching and table discussion. It will be an opportunity to gather, worship, and grow together as a church family.

Holy Week is March 26th thru March 30th

Easter is on April 1st
